Over the past couple years, we've had a running SBS 2011 with Premium Add On. I left our second server with Server 2003 when we upgraded SBS 2003 to 2011 due to the fact it was working just fine as is. Its on 64bit hardware, but was just running Server 2003, so I would like to now upgrade that server to the included Server 2008 R2 Standard license. Do I need to dig out our license key to activate it when I do the fresh install?. Did I have one and entered it 3 years ago when I installed the SBS 2011? (speculation, I know:) ). Do I need to dig through the software cabinet for the media or can I download an iso?

Is it installed from a premium technologies disc in the set? I can log into our MS VLSC site and see our licenses listed, but no product keys.
